they are weird looking
BUT
my knee pain is almost totally gone
since I started running in them...
so I am a believer!
If you are not currently exercising, take it easy and move at a pace that is comfortable for you, and if you are working out regularly, pick up the pace and make these 3 minutes count. Enjoy, and don't forget your water!
(ditch the diet soda, ok?!)
AND, I started Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 today...
so in a month or so I will let you know if I am ripped (or not).
Ok since tonight is Thursday and it's my Real Housewives of NYC night, and you mentioned doing the exercises while watching Housewives....I DID IT and it was AWESOME! Such a great work out, and a great idea to do it during commercials, will for sure being doing this set again!! I have a request, two c-sections and my lower stomach is just a mess, I am sure you can imagine. What are good workouts for that area of the the body???
ReplyDeleteOh yes and about two months ago I gave up my love affair with Diet Coke and Diet Mountain Dew, so I have been drinking more water and my skin has thanked me for it ;)
