The Ultimate HOT MOMMY!!!

I am so blessed in my life to have a handful of amazing friends....and not only are these two people incredibly gorgeous, they are even more beautiful on the inside. My girlfriend Jamie and her hubby Michael are expecting baby #3 on my birthday, February 17th. This was a photo shoot done while she was 34 weeks along.....not fair!! This baby will be a wonderful addition to their family, and will be waited on hand and foot by two adoring older sisters! I love you guys...miss you!

The Business of Being Born

I watched this movie last night, produced by Ricki Lake, and I found it to be sooo interesting. It just looks at the birth practices in the US compared to other developed countries. Check it out if you can...I got it through Netflix so it should be widely available now. You can watch the trailer for the movie at www.thebusinessofbeingborn.com to get a sneak peek. I will forewarn you though...I cried soooo much watching it; lots of live births and new babies. Also, an interesting link from their website is The Birth Survey. You can go here and input specific information about your birth experience for it to be put into a database so to speak. This info could be so useful to other expecting mothers...

More Preggo "Modeling", 36 weeks along

An amazing local photographer, Jaidean Baker, graciously invited me to model for her on a maternity shoot, and so I did.....these really are the only pictures of me pregnant that I like. My friend Jamie took some of me pregnant with Paige, and I do treasure those now that she is growing, as I am sure I will treasure these as baby River grows up. I encourage anyone that is pregnant to do something like this, even if you don't feel cute! You will miss that pregnant feeling someday, and these photos help take you back :)

Twice the fun!!!

Hey all, I just wanted to officially proclaim I'm having twins!  So ya....there you go.  I'm prego with two babies and everything is looking good.  My due date is Jan. 22nd.  I just can't wait to find out the sex of each:-).  I'll be keeping you all posted with everything.
