Take it off, and make it great!

So I thought I should start Monday off with
something I actually do get questions about.

My Eyebrows

And, because Sometimes Sweet is setting goals
to make her week ah-may-zing, I thought I should too.

One Week to a better ME!

Nutrition: Take the sugar out! Cut back, and be smart. Enough said.

Exercise: Do Zuzana's workouts all week, and 2 long (6miles) runs.

Relationships: Spend some quality time with each of my 3 people, by themselves. Steal away with Paige for a girl date, take Riv on a walk...just him, and wake up early to spend a few with Justin before he goes to work...he leaves at 6....coffee at 4:45 it is!

Creativity: push on getting things done for the new shop....yee haw!

Me-Time: Paint my nails, toes too....and enjoy some quality time with my new book(s). I picked up The Pillars of the Earth, and The Zookeeper's Wife in case you were wondering.

  1. Jacob and I do the same thing every morning before he goes to work....it's my favorite! Have you ever had coffee from a French Press? It's our new coffee obsession, it's delicious!

    This is my first week not working in a long time, so while Ruby is at preschool my goal is to do some kind of exercise everyday that involves pushing Ross in the stroller!

  2. Im doing 'no more trouble zones' every other day and 3 mile run on the other days and organizing. and reading "the Alchemist" and I want to finish a painting this week. The rest of the time I am squeezing Isla to pieces.

  4. Loved the video :) I just wish we had access to all this stuff back when we were in junior high/high school! I use the same brand as you do, but mine is the kind with no strips. Have you used that before? I don't think it works as well and will go back to the strips when it's gone.

  5. Love, love this idea! I try and make goals for myself every month. But, I think if I gave myself a few goals to accomplish every week, I would have a better chance of completing them. <3
